ABOUT THE MAITRISE HOTEL LONDON
Maitrise Hotel is a London-based hotel located in Maida Vale, just a short walk from Kilburn Park Station on the Bakerloo line. Set within a grand Victorian townhouse, the hotel offers easy access to Hyde Park, Marble Arch and Oxford Circus, while providing a comfortable stay for both leisure and business travellers.
The hotel operates as part of the wider Adil Group, a UK-based hospitality and franchising group with a portfolio that includes well-known national brands.
PROJECT OVERVIEW
Maitrise Hotel required a refreshed website that reflected the quality of the property itself. While the hotel already had branding and a live website, the original logo files were missing and the existing site lacked structure, styling and modern usability.
The objective was to elevate the hotel’s digital presence, support direct bookings, and ensure guests could easily understand the rooms, facilities and on-site offerings.
WEBSITE & BRANDING
We recreated the Maitrise Hotel logo with a subtle update to ensure consistency and long-term usability across digital and print formats.
The website was then redesigned from the ground up, introducing a cohesive layout, improved typography, refined imagery and clearer content structure.
Copy was reviewed and adjusted to support SEO while remaining guest-friendly and informative.
CRO & BOOKING SYSTEM
A key part of the project was integrating the MEWS booking system into the website. We ensured the booking flow worked smoothly from room selection through to confirmation, allowing guests to book directly with confidence.
On the operational side, the system also supports hotel staff by improving visibility over room status and bookings, helping streamline day-to-day management.
EXPANDING THE SITE & ONGOING SUPPORT
The hotel’s on-site Indian street food restaurant and gym were incorporated as dedicated sections within the site, ensuring guests could clearly see the full offering before booking.
This helped position Maitrise Hotel as more than just accommodation, but as a complete stay experience.
