Pandu Green Energy is an Indonesia-based producer and exporter of coconut charcoal briquettes, with production facilities in Java and international distribution across the Middle East, Australia, China and other global markets. The company specialises in premium shisha charcoal, supported by full certification including MSDS and ROA.

Prior to working together, the business relied almost entirely on face-to-face deals and referrals, with no structured online presence or scalable sales infrastructure.

PHASE ONE

Brand and Digital Foundation

We began by building Pandu Green Energy’s brand from scratch. This included logo design, a complete visual identity and clear brand messaging focused on quality, reliability and export-ready operations.

From there, we designed and developed a professional website to act as a central sales and credibility asset. The site was built with strong technical SEO foundations to ensure it could be discovered organically by international buyers searching for coconut charcoal suppliers.

PHASE TWO
