North Bali Realty is a well-established land brokerage focused on buying and selling land in North Bali, one of the island’s most undervalued and fastest-growing regions. With roots dating back to 2011, the team works closely with experienced developers, founders and hospitality operators, including clients connected to Nuanu City, eco-focused developments, boutique hotels and resort concepts.
North Bali continues to attract attention as an investment region due to significantly lower land prices, stronger long-term ROI and consistently high occupancy rates for well-positioned hospitality projects.
PROJECT OVERVIEW
North Bali Realty approached us to overhaul their digital presence and marketing infrastructure. Their existing website lacked a cohesive design language, suffered from performance issues, and did not reflect the credibility or experience of the team behind the business.
The goal was to modernise the brand online, improve site speed and usability, and support lead generation through paid marketing and automation, while also providing ongoing design and marketing support.
WEB DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
We rebuilt the website with a clear, cohesive design system that better reflected the brand’s positioning and professionalism. A key priority was performance.
Previously, homepage video content was embedded via third-party platforms, which caused slow load times and a poor first impression. We migrated the site to our cloud hosting environment, optimised all media assets, and ensured videos and imagery loaded quickly and efficiently.
Alongside the visual refresh, we refined and rewrote sections of on-site copy to improve clarity, conversion and SEO foundations.
The result was a faster, cleaner and more credible platform designed to support both investors and developers.
MARKETING STRATEGY & PAID MEDIA
We worked closely with North Bali Realty to define their target audiences and refine their marketing approach. With a strong library of existing land and site footage, we helped structure these assets into effective Meta ad campaigns, supported by clear ad copy and funnel logic.
Campaigns were deliberately kept lean and efficient, with a focus on quality leads rather than volume.
In October, a modest ad spend generated strong results, delivering high impressions and a very low cost per lead. In November, budgets were intentionally reduced due to seasonal conditions and reduced site visits, yet campaigns continued to perform efficiently and consistently.
CRM & AUTOMATION
To ensure leads were handled properly, we supported the setup of CRM workflows and automated follow-up systems. As leads came in from Meta, they were immediately processed, contacted and managed through structured pipelines.
This automation played a key role in converting early interest into real enquiries and sales, particularly during periods when physical site visits were less practical.
Within the first month, multiple land sales were attributed directly to this systemised follow-up process.
North Bali Realty now operates with a faster, more professional website, a clearer marketing strategy, and a scalable system for generating and managing leads. With improved performance, consistent design, and automated follow-up in place, the business is well positioned to continue capitalising on North Bali’s growing demand from investors and developers alike.
