PROJECT OVERVIEW
Real Opportunity Investments approached us at a pivotal moment. While their sales team excelled in face-to-face property sales, their digital presence did not reflect the credibility, scale or professionalism of the opportunities they represented.
With Lombok positioned as Southeast Asia’s next major growth market, fuelled by billions in government investment through the Mandalika Special Economic Zone, the brand needed to inspire confidence quickly, communicate complex investment propositions clearly, and support a high-performing sales operation online. Our role was to create a digital foundation that could scale with demand.
BRANDING
We began by crafting a clean, text-based logo and visual identity designed to signal credibility, security and long-term value. The ROI and ROY mark was intentionally understated yet powerful, subtly reinforcing return on investment while anchoring the full Real Opportunity Investments name.
A restrained colour palette was chosen to convey trust, strength and professionalism, key psychological drivers for high-value property decisions.
WEB DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
From brand foundations, we designed and developed a fully custom website aligned with Real Opportunity Investments’ existing materials and investor messaging. The site was built to serve as a high-performing sales engine, not a brochure. Key priorities included:

CRM & AUTOMATION
With a highly capable sales team in place, the next step was infrastructure. We implemented a full CRM system with custom pipelines, lead routing, automated follow-ups and AI-assisted workflows.
Every lead entering the system was Instantly captured and categorised, automatically contacted via call and email, and qualified before reaching the sales team. This ensured speed, consistency and quality across every investor interaction.
Real Opportunity Investments now operates with a complete digital ecosystem. This includes a credible brand, a high-converting website, a fully automated CRM, and a paid media funnel capable of driving consistent, qualified demand.
What began as a predominantly offline sales operation is now a scalable, data-driven investment platform. It continues to support seven-figure villa sales and is preparing for its next phase of growth.
PAID MEDIA
We launched and managed multi-tiered Meta and Google Ads campaigns covering top-of-funnel awareness, mid-funnel education around Lombok versus Bali, and bottom-funnel villa offers and investment opportunities.
Through continuous A/B testing, creative optimisation and in-house copywriting, we achieved highly competitive costs per lead, ranging from approximately 100k IDR to 130k IDR for bottom-funnel campaigns.
Within the first seven days, campaigns generated 24 qualified leads. Within six weeks, the sales team closed approximately A$390k in villa sales. To date, total sales attributed to the funnel exceed A$1.5 million.
